Job Description: 

Role : Lead Data Analyst

Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Job Location: Pune

Qualification : BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSC/Bsc/MSC

Skills Required :

- Should have very good experience in data analytics packages and programming tools such as Advanced Excel, MS Access, Macros, SQL, VBA (R, Python good to have) & Tablue

- Develops periodic performance reports and Scorecards

- Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals

- Coordinates delivery schedules and other supply chain activities

- Collect, analyses, interpret and summaries data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports

- Ensure any data analysis necessary for contractual reporting is performed in a timely manner, which

- Work on multiple requests concurrently

- Apply problem solving skills in a fast and efficient manner

- Maintain strong relationship with internal and external customer

- Strong analytical skills and quantitative modeling capability

- Strong experience in business analysis and data analysis

- Business Analysis/Data Analysis Background in the initial years. Hands on exposure: Databases, Visualization, R/Python.

- Delivered multiple analytical projects end to end- Requirement Gathering, Definition/Architecture, Deployment & Delivery with a strong value prop for the end customers problem.

- Progression to a Product Management Role - Agile Software Development Practitioner working with across functions to deliver the solution.

Project Management Exposure :

- Customer facing exposure a must as a product/project lead

- Pre-Sales Exposure A plus, good to have feature.
