- Previous experience in the media industry or related fields is highly preferred.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience working with large datasets and analytics tools.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast- paced startup environment.

- Passion for leveraging technology to enhance the quality of news content and improve user experiences.
