Brand Lead - D2C brand


Our client is one of the largest D2C home dcor brands. A "great place to work" certified organisation.

Expectations from the role:

Hiring the Brand Evangelist, who would help the organisation build the brand and raise brand awareness. Shall work across all levels and departments to find what makes the brand unique and communicate it to the consumers. The brand would need you to communicate the passion, energy and vibrancy of our product range and customer focus.

Scope of Work:

- Responsible for end-to-end brand ownership and devising the brand strategy as per the brand book. Defining the value proposition for short as well as long-term.

- Creating and managing PR plans for the brand, including timelines and budget.

- Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches

- Scale the company's social media and community constantly to stay relevant to the consumer within brand guardrails.

- Build and leverage cultural moments, market trends and consumer sentiments to make the brand relevant to audiences at all times

- Find new, exciting and efficient ways to engage with customers and build the community to drive awareness, conversation and affinity for the brand.

- Analyse measurable metrics to quantify and improve the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings

- Liaise closely with content partners and media agencies to plan and execute campaigns

- Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media

- Keeping up to date with market developments and analysing consumer insights as well as competitor strategies

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of professional experience in branding

- Experience in branding with a D2C product-centric brand (must have)

- A driving passion for business analytics, consumer insights development, and a solid understanding of core marketing levers

- A passion for all forms of content and a keen interest in pop culture and emerging trends.

- Strong communication and creative thinker
