Job Description : Lead - Customer Life Cycle Management (CLM)

- Total experience of 6+ years with a minimum of 3 years in CLM or retention marketing.

- Hands-on experience of having worked with marketing automation tools at least for 3 years is a must.

- Should be well versed with analytics tools, especially Google Analytics (including GA4) and app attribution tools like Appsflyer.

- Should work on retention strategies both for the website and for the app.

- Work on customer life cycle management, user journeys, user segmentation and more.

- Should be very good with excel.

- Education: Degree is a must. Candidates with MBA will be given preference, but not mandatory

- Product or a startup industry background is mandatory.

- Strong leadership qualities.
