Purpose of the job:
Responsible for Customer Development Activities in Building brand image in the new markets
Customer Development
1. Market research & build market intelligence
2. Study, evaluate and qualify new geographies
3. Achieving Target revenue from new markets
4. Responding for RFQs on time
5. Facilitate negotiations with the customer on behalf of Company and securing the new business
6. Follow up with PDE for Project plan, Sample submission: PPAP sign - off.
7. Follow up for Purchase orders
8. Execution of promotional business events
9. Execution of global business strategies
10. Increase in Company's Brand Awareness Globally (May be measured in terms of size of business network developed)
11. Customer relationship management and handling escalations
12. Interacting with customer to understand the future requirements and pass on the inputs to New concepts team
Qualification:
BE (Mechanical /Electronics /Automobile)
MBA would be an added advantage
Desired Experience Profile:
10 to 15 years of Experience in Business Development Management with Minimum 5 years experience in International Business Development
