- The primary responsibility of the unit and the individual is to Improvise & apply controls in process and policy.

- Post approval review mechanism of Vendor processes, digitized processes is to be conducted on monthly basis and publish reports to all stakeholders with findings related to system and process loopholes.

- The unit/individual is also responsible for reporting and suggesting appropriate measures to curtail errors in the system and process

1. Measur and monitor Hindsighting error metrices - With the view of improving effiiency in Underwriting Journey & bringing down the error %. Has prior experience of digital product development life cycle

2. Lead cross functional squad to reimagine the customer journey-own creation & revision of journey roadmap which includes baselining of processes, key metrices, benchmarking with industry /competitors. The team also supports business analyst on business /product aspects to develop user stories,conduct UAT & BRD preparation
