We are hiring for one of our clients who is poised on a huge growth journey. They are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition profile, who can be groomed to take on the role of the Talent Acquisition Head in some time.

- The job role involves hands on hiring for both senior and mid management profiles; effective handling of CXOs in matters of manning; vendor management; team handling; and also assisting on any other people agenda that may be implemented.

- To meet the requirement - we are looking for an young, energetic Candidate, well versed with recruitment strategies, manpower planning and hands on in terms of recruitment and also other HR related work.

- Young and Energetic candidates, involved in a Corporate TA role, hiring for manpower intensive industries, is the best fit.

The organisation, being in healthcare, works 6 days a week.
