Your Role :

- To create an Organization Wide Long Term Strategy aligned to our Vision, embedding into an MTP Vision.

- To Evaluate emerging opportunities.

- To ensure alignment between Aspiration and reference Sales scenario with Capacity planning in-house and at suppliers

- Drive development of long term strategy : product/ service to target and areas of capability/ capacity build up

- Support functions in translating the company strategy into functional priorities

- Ability to build relationships and credibility with leadership team members

- Ability to look at big picture

- Strong analytics skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong project management skills
