Lead - Corporate Social Responsibility

We are looking for someone to setup the CSR Division for our client.

Our client is a large corporate entity and is wanting to formalize their CSR division and looking for someone who could set it up and run the same. It's a unique entrepreneurial opportunity for someone with experience in managing an NGO or a CSR dept in an organization.

The CSR Lead will be responsible for:

- Creating and implementing the CSR activities of the Company

- To identify, manage and track projects and to ensure effective and timely implementation of CSR programmes aligned with sanctioned objectives.

- Streamline documentation process, handle project progress and evaluation reports, documentation of successes stories of partners & case studies

- Identify and create a communication strategy for CSR and prepare collateral

- Developing and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness

- Building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders

- Working with Marketing and PR teams to drive required engagement and promote storytelling

- To identify and coordinate with NGOs, institutions, etc. including due diligence and ability to implement CSR projects with desired outcomes.

- To ensure budget is adhered and necessary documentation for payments, utilsation and settlement of sanctioned projects.

The ideal candidate would have :

- 7+ years of experience with an MSW / MBA

- Have good experience in managing operations in an NGO / CSR

- Ability to work closely with people at all levels, from senior corporate executives to government officials to community leaders to consultants and agencies

- Elevate the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives internally and externally

- Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, best practices for CSR will be an advantage.

- Understands stakeholder expectations for responsible business conduct and has a track record of driving responsible CSR practices

- Have a smart personality and good communication skills

- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate
