Lead - Contract Management - Specialty Chemicals

Job Summary : Contract Management Lead for FSSC business with stakeholder management.

Job Designation : Contract Management Lead

Job Responsibilities :

Reports to : Governance Head - SSC India

Essential Function :

Growth and Financials :

- Preparation and review of the contracts with the service providers and working with the legal team to finalize.

- Ensuring billing is as per the contractual terms and productivity benefit agreed is provided.

Operational and Functional Excellence :

- Ensure adhere to SLA/ KPIs agreed in the contract.

- Defining the performance reports for service provider, obtaining these and ensure distribution.

- Support SM Head India in monitoring the success of service provider.

Leadership :

- Provide direction with action plan to vendor.

- Participate in governance and leadership meetings and utilize inputs from automation perspective.

Continuous Improvement :

- Ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines as well as to a standardized process landscape.

- Contribute and / or lead implementation of quality / continuous improvement programs.

- Support process improvements initiatives and related projects ( sponsors CLNX projects within SSC)

Relationship Management :

- Maintain positive work relationships with members of other teams in and outside the SSC.

- Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with the vendor.

- Respond to critical GPOs/GPEs/SSC Service Management inquiries (process improvement related)

- 5+ years in Shared Services/ BPO, Reporting, Six Sigma functions and operations management

Skills/Expertise :

- Hands on experience in Third party contracts for shared services. Stakeholder management. Pre sales transition. Proficiency in Six Sigma and SAP desired.
