Contract Management & Customer Service Transformation Lead Mohali 12+ years
We are looking for a candidate with 12+ years of professional experience in Agribusiness / Commodity trading industry
You will be responsible for driving transformation initiatives across contract management, customer service and sales support functions.

Responsibilities:
- Leading global process design to define process taxonomy; technology landscape & service placement guidelines and Interacting with leaders for short term goals
- Undertaking end to end transformation initiatives.
- Designing, managing and implementing governance process as per organizational guidelines and best practices.
- Driving cost reduction/optimization efforts in the identified areas.
- Setting up the service delivery organization by working closely with global cross-functional teams.
- Working with various teams to implement improvement and identifying areas of risk
- Hiring new talent and defining their KPIs
Requirements:
- The candidate should be CA/MBA with an experience of 12+years in the same industry
- Extensive experience in leading large teams in global matrix structure and understanding of shared service models
- Knowledge of supply chain, strong working knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, metrics, and reporting, Strong process design / improvement skills
- Working knowledge of current shared services enabling technologies, and of potential technologies, high competencies in process improvement/design tools
- Additional experience with Project Management / Lean / Six Sigma / PMO certification will be a plus.
