Key Performance Indicators :
1. Social media KPI's across channels - Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
2. New customer acquisition through social media and influencer marketing
3. Revenue target through effective use of social media, influencer marketing and affiliate program
4. Blog specific KPI's like blog visits, number of content pieces published, blog views, conversion rate
Key Responsibilities :
1. Dissect data, develop content strategy and oversee the execution (and optimization) across digital an social media platforms including but not limited to: content portals, online media publications, social platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
2. Develop the content framework for campaigns built on audience insights, desired storytelling, media KPIs, and brand strategies
3. Be able to articulate content strategy to brief in the Creative team, and work in partnership on the development of effective content that aligns with the brand's identity
4. Provide oversight to overall content plan including recommendation across Paid, Earned and Owned channels
5. Identify and quantify value based on the brand connection + visibility, audience relevance, scale, and media support
6. Stay informed on platform and trend updates, and actively collaborate with other stakeholders and teams both internal and external to deliver best-in-class campaigns
7. Design, implement and scale the influencer marketing strategy for the brand across relevant digital channels
8. Scale the influencer affiliate program and make it a self-sustaining revenue vertical for the brand
