Lead - Content Design

- Work with internal and external vendors for content development

- Development of byte size learning AV for deployment

- Manage content quality and brand standards

- Work with Learning Platform team to deployment of content

- Build instructional design principles in content for easy learning

- Develop and maintain content development process and content library management

- Develop diverse content components including Role plays, AV scripts, Case study, Exercises

- Experience in creating learning content using gamification and digital tools
