Lead - Content & Communication Manager - NBFC

Our client is an Indian leading non-banking financial services company headquartered in Pune. It is focused on lending, asset management, wealth management and insurance. The company is a financial services holding company. The company offers a range of consumer finance, SME finance, commercial lending etc.

Looking for "Content and Communication Manager"

- Coordinating with business stakeholders to plan monthly calendar for push notifications, creatives and ASO articles.

- Reviewing content and creatives created by the team for Push notifications, App inbox, In- App notifications and 3in1 App which are relevant as per the brief raised by the business stakeholders.

- Reviewing Paid Ad Copies and banner for multi-channel platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, & Instagram whilst ensuring the tonality is relevant for an App ecosystem.

- Ensuring content and banner are created with mobile first approach, is uniform & consistent across all social media channels and strictly adheres to BFL brand guidelines.

- Conducting regular hygiene checks to ensure ASO guidelines are met on the PlayStore listing page.

- Collating & thoroughly reviewing offers received from all App business SPOCs & making them live in the Offers Section by coordinating with Product & AEM teams.

- Plan festive & theme-based creatives calendar for different section of the app banners Finalizing creative templates designed by the team and providing that to the Data Science team in order to generate automated banners for the Offers section.

a) Qualifications :

- MBA with 6-8 years of experience in managing content and communication. Mass communication graduates with content experience in mobile apps preferred.

b) Work Experience :

- 6-8 years of experience in e-commerce websites/mobile app management, project management and people management.

c) Skills Keywords :

- Extremely strong in multitasking and prioritizing workload

- Analytical & Problem-Solving skills

- Ability to work well with all levels of the organization

- Mentoring junior talents, supervising & reviewing client deliverables

Key Skills to focus :

- Mass communication, Content Communization, App Knowledge, CMS Knowledge, Multi Lingual content exp, Web SEO Content Writing, Blog , Article, Emailers etc., 5-7 years.
