Backed by Sequoia Capital, Prime Venture Partners and Tiger Global Management this fintech startup helps in fast and secured transactions without the hassle of collaterals.

As a Content & Communication Lead, you will be responsible for creating and spearheading communications strategy and content management.

What you will do:

- Ideating and maintaining a content and communications calendar aligning with the overall marketing and company goals

- Content writing & editing: blogs, articles, whitepapers, newsletters, reports, ad copies, etc

- Being responsible for all internal and corporate communications

- Helping with PR, branding activities, events, social media marketing, etc

- Providing content for emails, landing pages, sales and product collaterals

- Preparing product launch related content and communication

- SEO & keyword research

- Brainstorming and ideating new concepts for campaigns

- Functioning as the central team helping other functions in the organisation with all communication requirements

- Working with designers and digital marketing team to increase website traffic and organic leads

- Aligning all communications to position company as a thought leader in the industry in accordance with the company's vision

Desired Candidate Profile :

What you need to have:

- Post graduate degree in relevant field

- 5-6 years of relevant experience

- Experience in social media and content marketing

- Sound knowledge of Wordpress and social media platforms

- Strong SEO skills

- Prior startup and B2B experience are preferred

- Excellent team player with great communication skills
