Content lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Oversight: Act as the primary liaison for the video editing team, responsible for the meticulous review and approval of produced videos, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
- Feedback Management: Provide comprehensive feedback on work generated by video editors and influencers, conducting market suitability assessments to optimize content relevance and effectiveness.
- Leadership in Influencer Marketing: Assume leadership of the influencer marketing team, orchestrating seamless communication channels and meticulously approving scripts to drive impactful influencer campaigns.
- Strategic Leadership: Direct both the video editing and influencer marketing departments, providing strategic direction to ensure the team's collective output achieves organizational goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Content Strategy Development: Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive content strategies, leveraging market insights and performance analytics to drive engagement and brand growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and social media, ensuring content consistency and alignment with broader business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Remain abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, leveraging insights to innovate content strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
