- The jewellery arm of a large Indian conglomerate is looking for a consumer and product research lead.
- In this role, you should be committed to providing clear and meaningful human & product insights.
- This role needs both new age ethnography and product research in equal parts to become successful. Therefore, prior experience in both disciplines is a must.
What will you work on:
- You will design, implement and analyze different researches to help the Product creation teams understand the key product success principles clearly
- You will create meaningful consumer segmentation and prioritization for business & brand teams
- You will test & analyze new prototypes for the intended consumers and help arrive at the most optimal solution
- Build the right balance of in-person and automation research insights for product excellence, benchmarked with world class brands like Uniqlo, Decathlon and Nike.
Who will you work with:
- You will partner with the jewellery design, R&D, brand and category teams to develop hypotheses, lead research & analysis and synthesize findings across sources into a clear and concise story that address the brief across learning agendas.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Product design / Lifestyle design / Industrial design / Jewellery design/ Design research or equivalent combination of education and experience and training.
- Min 6 years of overall research experience
- At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in physical product research where you have directly led all aspects of a project - from planning to in-field execution to insight delivery.
- Experience with designing and delivering user research with mixed methods
- Strong interest and curiosity in experimenting and modifying research methodologies to improve efficacy
- Excellence in moderating and facilitating user interactions
- Discipline in documentation
- Strong ethics
