Lead Consultant - SAP PP & QM

Designation: SAP - PP&QM - Lead Consultant

Location: Kolkata

Role: Lead Application Consultant

Job Descriptions:

1) Must have 10+ years of relevant exp in SAP PP, QM Module.

2) Must have 4+ years of SAP PP Experience with at least 2 to 3 years of Domain exp.

3) Must have experience of both PP and QM modules.

4) Should have experience of executing 1-2 End to End Implementations (S4 HANA Preferable).

5) Expertise in requirements understanding, system design, development, testing methodologies, training, defining support procedures.

6) Strong knowledge and experience in SAP PP - SOP, Flexible planning, Capacity planning, Variant Configuration, CBP, Discrete, REM, LTP, Engineering & Organization Change Management, Batch Management as well as PP-PI processes.

7) Strong knowledge and experience in SAP QM module - Master data, Batch Management, Notifications, Sample Management, Quality Inspection Plans, Quality Certificates, Stability Study, Deadline Monitoring, Vendor Evaluation.

Experience in Implementation and Support Projects. In-depth knowledge in the below areas:

1) Master Data: Bill of materials, Work centres/ Resources, Routings/ Recipe, Production versions, Inspection Plan, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groups, Inspection Plan, - Material Requirement Planning (MRP)- Configuration and Integration with, Procurement, Sales and Distribution.

2) Production Order Execution: Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing- Quality Management - Quality in Procurement, Quality in Production, In process inspection, Calibration and Quality in Sales.

3) Should have experience in writing Functional Specification, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionalities.

4) Must have integration knowledge with FI, CO, SD, MM, PM modules.

Good to Have:

Preferred if hands-on and good experience in SAP S/4 HANA configuration, migration, Fiori applications on latest HANA releases

1) Ability to work in a vibrant environment, encouraging creativity in problem solving, effectively interacting with client partners, C-suite leadership team and with cross-functional processes and application teams.

2) Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a "CAN-DO" attitude - adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

3) Willing to travel any time anywhere, as per business needs.

Technical Skills:

1) ERP System: ECC 6.0

2) SAP S/4 HANA: Good to have knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA configuration in latest HANA releases

3) Applications: MS Visio, Microsoft Office Package.

Basic Qualifications: BE/BTECH with 2-3 years' experience in domain functions.

Notice Period: Immediate joining or 15 - 30 days is highly preferred.
