Specific responsibilities include :
- Understand true value proposition offered, benefits provided by the solution, and articulate these effectively with potential customers
- Design best-in-class presentations and demonstrations / POCs, where relevant, to prospects/ partners, based on the actual pain points/ challenges specific to each client
- Preparation of proposals that will include the unique solution and value proposition for each customer
- Maintain close contact across the sales cycle and document course changes in the proposal, as required in discussion with the Solution Engineering Leader and Sales Engineers
- Understand and analyze the relevant industry / Market/Competition
- Conduct regular research and knowledge updates on the products / solutions offered by the organization and stay updated on competitive products.
Desired Profile :
Minimum 8 years of experience in designing identity and access management solutions
Atleast 4 cycles of implementation experience around atleast 2 of the solutions on Access Provisioning, Web SSO or ESSO, Privileged ID Management
Good understanding of IBM Security solutions, Microsoft forefront security products, Aveksa, or similar products from CA or Oracle portfolio shall be a major plus
Ability to build and periodically refresh technical skills around Identity and Access Management using internal or partner knowledge base
Knowledge of industry trends and directions around Identity and Access Management
Demonstration of subject matter expertise on Identity and Access Management during presales stages
Liaison with partners and internal sales team for preparing large bids
Helping business development team on selling Practice service offerings based on technical merit and alignment with client needs
Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills are mandatory
