Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the above mentioned role / role designation:
- Understand As Is business processes, analyses/captures the client requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops, perform high level fit gap analysis and process changes, carry out benchmarking studies and assists the team.
- Recommended solution alternatives to the customer, Reviews the solution options developed by the team and suggests improvements, for complex areas, takes the lead in defining the solution options.
- Work as Lean Master for defined scope
- Manage a team of Lean Champions across the globe
- Responsible for achieving Lean Maturity across Infosys locations serving the client globally
- Formulation of Lean Deployment strategy
- Work closely with client Lean Masters for deployment
- Provide Lean consulting, coaching and mentoring to stakeholders in defined scope
- Conduct lean training for the defined scope.
Educational Requirements (Must have)
- Post Graduates in Management with at least 12 Years of experience handling Quality responsibility
OR
- Graduate (Any) with at least 14 years of experience handling Quality responsibility
Skills
- Strong Lean hands on experience
- Should have conducted Value Stream Mapping workshops and Kaizen events
- Driven Kaizen culture in the organization
- Experience in Visual Management
