Our client is a Talent Solutions leader working with clients from the Building and Design Industry in Asia to find the right Global talent.

As the Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for discovering talent, building a strong employment brand globally and ensuring great relationships with both candidates and prospective employees. The other responsibilities will be as follows:

1. Working with the clients leadership team and HR business partners and implementing talent acquisition strategy in the APAC region

2. Impacting brand visibility to connect with the talent pool in the Building Industry,architects, interior designers, project managers & business leaders

3. Responsible for the productivity of the Talent Acquisition team in APAC and KPI's as Time to Hire, Cost of hire, Quality of hire

4. Responsible for creating regular reports and Dashboards for the leadership team

5. Recruitment

- Managing TA team recruitment KPI for APAC region ( India, SG, HK. SH & Manila)

- Managing own Recruitment KPIs for select assigned open headcounts in APAC region (Ind, SG, HK. SH & Manila)

- Managing hiring trackers and providing periodic analytical and well documented reports / dashboards

6. Process ownership

- Managing recruitment process flows (Requisition to offer ) and ensuring TA team is trained and aligned

- Refining recruitment process as needed and document

7. Talent network

- Ensuring candidates pipeline is built for APAC region

- Managing candidates database

- Managing internal and external referral programs

- Working closely with marketing in outreach to the talent network

Candidate Profile:

- Demonstrable recruiting experience of 3-8 years

- Should have worked in RPO followed by corporate

- Asia PAC experience preferred

- Candidates from similar industry preferred

- Team management exp is required

- Excellent communication skills
