Compensation Lead - Senior Management Role (Shared Service experience Required - North America Market)

We are currently hiring for a Senior Management role - Compensation Lead (Executive Management) for a leading GIC into FMCG domain.
Job Location is Hyderabad
Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage the team that is responsible for all compensation activites for North America Region.
- Completes salaried job evaluation, ensuring consistency and accuracy using the funcational models
- Through annual and ad hoc analyses, provides insights to compensation team members to confirm market status and develop recommendations to maximize attraction and retention with appropriate fiscal responsibility.
- Uses internal - myHR- system to review and approve/reject compensation transactions as appropriate. Partners with HR generalists on pay requests that are outside published guidelines.
- Manages requests for special increases due to retention or counter offers, escalating to manager as needed.
- Provides proactive policy and program administration to include identifying errors, recommending solutions, clarifying inconsistencies, and implementing resolutions.
- Understands bonus design and team assignments for client group. May assist Bonus/Focal Point team in administration of core processes.
- May lead or participate on special compensation projects.
Key Skills:
12+ years of experience within Total Rewards domain and major focus on Compensation for global regions.
- Experience in job evaluation and salary survey processes preferred
- Strong analytical, project management and program development skills.
