- Conducted benchmarking exercise and propose a career path framework and process flow
- Worked on Benefits Standardization
- Experience in Total Rewards
- Work Levelling and Competency Framework
- Incumbent will be responsible for incorporating industry best practices
Desired candidate :
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute
- Preferable both consulting and corporate experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willing to do an individual contributor role
