Designation: Lead - Compensation, PMS and HR Operations
Job Description:
- PMS: Administer performance management system - goal setting, reviews and appraisals. Introduce, design and develop best practices.
- HR Operations: Overlook end to end employee life cycle management in SAP, all employee action - hiring, transfers, promotions, exits.
- Employee Relations: Implement fair and consistent HR policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Compensation: Supervise payroll activities, attendance, salary inputs, leave management, appraisals, FnF Train and guide to the payroll and HR ops team.
- Lead HR Projects like - compensation revision, policy implementation in SAP, other modules implementation in SAP Monitor internal HR systems and database.
- Reports & Dashboards: Track key performance indicators for HR operations to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of HR programs and initiatives and for informed decision-making.
- Strategic Inputs: Assisting with an organization's overall HR strategy, including workforce planning, manpower budgets, succession and hiring.
- 3P Workforce Management: Ensuring compliance for employees working on third party workforce.
