Job Description: Reporting to the Head HR you will be responsible for - Compensation Programs:
- Design, implement and manage Compensation Programs.
- Salary Benchmarking and Review:
- Liaison with consultants for external salary benchmarking and organize data for compensation & benefits market surveys
- Benefits Management:
- Responsible for defining and managing the entire benefits portfolio specific to each country.
- Performance Management & Improvement Initiatives and introduce key performance metrics that are standard across all parts of the region
- Design & implement a strong on-boarding program
- Additionally work with the core leadership to formulate HR policies and strategy.
- Work on HR projects helping the HR head in setting up the HR function.
The Successful Candidate:
- Ideally, you come with 4 to 6 years of post-graduation experience in an Compensation & Benefits role. You should ideally have experience of working in a consultant profile.
- Experience as a generalist HR would be an added advantage.
- You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders is desirable.
