As a part of their growth in India they are now a 500 people organisation and are looking to hire a Compensation & Benefits lead who reports into the CHRO
Description
Reporting to Head HR, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and Implementing compensation programs through analysis, reporting and modeling
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Finance and other relevant departments to develop Total Reward offer package
- Managing merit cycle, bonuses etc. and make recommendations to ensure market competitiveness
- Implementing bouquet of incentives in line with trends to keep workforce engaged
- Ensuring Data accuracy of compensation details across HRIS platforms
Profile
As a successful applicant you come with:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience working in the C&B CoE of new age companies.
- Strong domain experience and have worked on Compensation strategy.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence coupled with great senior stakeholder management skills.
