Hiring for a leading manufacturing company in Metal Industry for Compensation and Benefits Department along with activities like PMS, Organisation Development, Job analysis and Evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end to end management of performance cycles including Annual and Mid-Year Reviews for Management as well as LMS cadre employees.
- Managing participation in various Benchmarking Surveys with external vendors right from preparing and sharing the database to preparing the final report.
- Supporting the Business Level Job Analysis and Evaluation process by managing end to end activities.
- Lead the organization structure design at Organisation level. Work with Unit HR to understand the changes recommendation and suggest improvisation and standardization of structure across the company.
- Lead/collaborate in key strategic project at Group level.
