- Lead HR Comp and Benefits and PMS with 9 years exp from Manufacturing / Pharma / FMCG / FMCD / Telecom / Indian MNCs with 2 years regular full time 2 years hr degree

- Role includes providing planning, design, implementation, communication, compliance and administration road-map to the Company’s programs and policies in a strategic manner, lead compensation, salary and benefits administration programs

- Minimum 9 years+ in Compensation & Benefits and also experience in handling Banding and Job Evaluation exercise is a must.
