Position based with a listed NBFC in Mumbai
- Design process and policy guidelines for compensation and benefits as well as rewards strategy including pay mix, pay ranges and payroll administration; ensure timely implementation and adherence to the same across the organisation
- Lead Compensation and Benefits is to oversee and administer the employees rewards and smart benefits across the Location for India.
- Drive the initiatives in the C&B Area.
- Lead the annual compensation planning cycle - new salary range development, merit & bonus modeling, promotion model
- Introducing LTIP plans, incentive schemes for functions / departments in the organisation
- Responsible for benefits benchmarking and end to end management of employee benefits to create a strong Employer Value Proposition
