Job Profile:
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation goals, objectives, policies and procedures; analyze and recommend strategies to improve effectiveness of compensation administration
- Administer compensation programs in accord with global and local sources
- Research and stay abreast of all applicable state and global laws and regulations as related to compensation.
- Perform detailed salary analysis for all internal compensation actions, external hires, and for various requests from management.
- Establish and implement equitable compensation practices across the organization for all employees
- Update and maintain current salary schedules, conduct market analysis of pay grades and ranges
- Research, compile and analyze market data
- Participate in salary surveys, Create and maintain salary supplement procedures; ensure compliance with salary supplement processes; provide guidance on organisation polices regarding use of salary supplements.
- Educate HRBPs on compensation practices and proper use of the established pay ranges for rewards and ESOPs
- Submit personnel action forms requiring compensation-only changes or updates for payroll and HR
- Manage job description creation process, procedures, and approvals; including adherence to Organisation regulations.
- Plan, develop, coordinate and present training sessions related to employee compensation
- Recommend revisions to human resources policies, procedures, and forms; assist in the development of standard operating procedures for the position
- Assist in researching, planning and implementing employee performance pay programs
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 7-9 years relevant experience in Compensation
- Knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques of human resources administration related to the area of compensation
- Ability to interpret, explain, and apply applicable laws and regulations to internal policies and procedures
- Knowledge of principles and practices of program development, administration, evaluation, and compensation
- Ability to prepare clear, concise, and complete analysis, proposals, reports and other written materials,
- Ability to develop and coordinate effective compensation programs and procedures
Education Qualification : Full time MBA from a reputed Institute, BE preferred
