We are currently in search of a Lead Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Professional to join one of our esteemed clients, a leading company in the Insurance & Risk Management sector.

MANDATORY ASK:

6-8 YEARS OVERALL WORK EXPERIENCE WITH 3+ YEARS' C&B EXPERIENCE - INDIA CENTRIC

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of end-to-end employee compensation programs.

- Conduct the salary & benefits benchmarking exercise, propose grids for new roles, revise market data ranges wherever required within the organization.

- Monitors the job market, compensation trends and find best practices for implementation in the organization.

- Analyse different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepare reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.

- Review and advise M&A team during due diligence and actively manage HR integration from a C&B perspective (compensation alignment, job classification, position structure, bonus harmonization).

- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to establish effective performance management frameworks, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and recognition programs.

- Conduct C&B audits and implement necessary controls to fix gaps.

- Is responsible for setting and tracking the compensation budget within the organization.

- Handle salary increment process.
