Job Description:
- Working with the HR Head to drive consistent programs such as pay ranges, positions & structures, compensation & benefits advice, industry surveys, ESPP, ESOP's & RSU's related programs and its communication
- Designing overall Compensation philosophy for the business
- Taking charge of the entire C&B strategy covering business objectives, market studies, grading, etc.
- Understand and implement incentive plans based on functions and roles in the organization
- Supervise payroll program for employees across levels to ensure seamless and error free processing
- To lead in designing and administration of executive compensation programs including variable pay plan and equity plans
- Implement Job Evaluation and Employee Grading matrix across the business
- Manage complete compensation benchmarking cycle to analyse results and designing salary ranges for all job families
- Use HR analytics to create compensation monitoring and reporting process across business lines
- To help in information management - Gather periodic data from stakeholders, collate & analyse data and make presentations to senior leadership teams
- Driving the business re-engineering process with respect to C&B to achieve optimum operational efficiency
- Providing leadership, project planning and coordination, as well as overall management of the India HR Operations. This includes the processing support functions for payrolls, tax, and accounting, employee benefits operations, data entry operations
- Managing end process and policy improvement - identifying gaps and improvisation of processes
- Managing multiple 3rd party vendor relationships for India HR Operations
- Managing a data quality/quality control resource and is responsible for ensuring compliance with Indian regulations
- Ensuring all data integrity
Successful Candidate:
- Overall experience of minimum 4-5 years in Compensation & Benefits domain. You have hands on exposure in handling end to end aspects of the C&B function from conceptualization to execution, payroll management and benefit administration. Must have strong exposure to HR Analytics, Reporting, Dashboards, MIS creation
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, looking to take up the next challenging role in your career with a growing organization
- Experience of working in a start-up environment would be preferred
