Job Description
Reporting to Head HR, your responsibilities will include:
- Design and Implement Reward strategies for diverse employee groups in line with industry practices
- Manage Executive Compensation and make recommendations to ensure market competitiveness
- Develop and execute Variable Pay Plan linked to company and individual performance
- Implement bouquet of incentives in line with trends to keep workforce engaged
- Ensure compliance with current legislation
As a Successful Applicant:
- Come with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Digitizing Comp & Ben initiatives
- Understanding of bonus programs and compensation packages
- Good analytical skills
- Experience in managing all aspects of executive compensation
- Understanding of Labour Legislation
