- Leading and providing strategic direction to the development of pay, reward, recognition and benefits
- Strategy to ensure the adoption of best practice and alignment direction to the development and maintenance of all HR policies and Procedures.
- Analysing data and performance and reward information on individuals or groups and advise colleagues to aid decision-making
- Collecting data and develop insights from reward functional and performance survey
- Possessing good knowledge of methodologies and approaches for collation, analysis and evaluation of data
- Providing analysis and insights from reward data to support development of reward plans and strategy
- Providing data and analysis regarding market positioning
- Explaining to employees how pay and reward fits and supports overall people processes and activities, such as performance management
- Ability to investigate a problem, draw patterns out of data, leverage statistics to find the ideal solution in a timely, efficient manner for business requirement
- Drive the implementation of existing annual pay and reward programmes and implement changes with team , business HR and functional heads
- Plan, assess costs and benefits of reward and recognition package and recommend change as appropriate
- Knowledge of methods for evaluating pay and reward practice
