The Manager of Compensation and Benefits plays a key role in designing, implementing, and managing employee compensation and benefits programs. The goal is to ensure fair, competitive, and legally compliant compensation practices that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This includes managing salary structures, benefits packages, and incentive programs to motivate and retain talent.

Job Role: Manager - Compensation and Benefits.

Responsibilities:

Compensation Strategy

- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with the organization's goals.

- Create and maintain salary structures, defining pay grades, salary ranges, and annual increases.

- Design and manage incentive programs such as bonuses, stock options, and profitsharing plans.

- Manage the compensation and benefits budget, optimizing costs while providing attractive employee packages.

- Conduct market surveys to compare compensation packages with industry standards and make necessary adjustments.

- Create and amend policies related to compensation.

Employee Benefits

- Design and execute short-term and long-term incentive programs.

- Integrate compensation with performance management systems to reward high performing employees.

- Oversee benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.

- Communicate changes to compensation and benefits packages and resolve employee queries.

- Manage equity-related issues, such as stock options, ensuring fairness in distribution.

- Collaborate with HR to streamline compensation-related processes.

Data, Compliance, and Reporting

- Ensure compliance with local and national laws related to compensation and benefits.

- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.

- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and updates on compensation strategies.

- Benchmark the organization's practices against industry standards.
