- To develop and administer all human resource initiatives related to Compensation & Benefits and provide HR support to all- departments, In conjunction with other team members to ensure business growth through directing and managing business activities and deliver in accordance with the strategic objectives of the organisation.

- Accountable for end to end Compensation and benefits, HR Operations along with managing Reporting & Analytics
- People Management
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
- Demonstrated experience driving processes improvements and development of specific skills,
- Strong project management skills; ability to lead projects, to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the right results
- Act as a consultant to internal HR leaders and Business Leaders
- Job mapping and Benchmarking
- Supervise and implement the organizational changes
- Coordination with appraisal process
- Providing compensation fitments and offer recommendation
- Responsible for India Annual Increments and pay-outs as per guidelines set and analyzing budget verses Actual Pay-out.
- Evaluation of C&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, competitive and in compliance with legal and local rules and regulations
- Analyse Market Data from Compensation & Benchmarking Surveys and recommendations on Compensation Structure, Salary, and Internal Parity Vs Market Competitiveness
- Preparation and presentation of functional activities to CEOs & BODs as and when required.
