- MBA HR with 8 years+ exp in Compensation, Benefits Rewards & PMS domain . Full time regular 2 years degree is a must for the applicant

- This is a new role within the organizations hence seeking the right profile with above exposure from branded Indian or Mnc companies

- He/ She will develop this function and will be responsible on end to end basis and is an individual contributor
