Lead Compensation, Benefits , Rewards , PMS & HRBP

Client Renowned MNC in the healthcare & pharmaceuticals industry

MBA HR from Tier I HR Inst with 5-8 yrs exp

Role

- Ideal Incumbent will be an individual contributor and Subject matter expert for C& B, rewards and PMS

- Will be responsible for reward initiatives in line with overall long term business .Will perfom a strategic role with the scope of additional responsibilities as HRBP as a rewarding career path to lead some of the business verticals , Should have relevant exp in Reward Philosophy, Policy Bench marking ,Job Evaluation Process Review and Planning.

- Prefer candidates with above exp from branded Indian or Mnc companies, Reputed Consulting firms dealing with C& B domains or HR advisory firm of repute with min 3 to 5 years of experience in C&B vertical

- Compensation best in the Industry
