Lead - Coaching & Skilling


Currently we have an opening for a Coaching & Skilling Lead. As a Lead you will be responsible for providing tailored coaching and mentoring services to professionals across various industries and organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' goals, challenges, and development needs.

- Develop customized coaching plans and strategies to support clients in achieving their objectives.

- Offer guidance, feedback, and accountability to help clients overcome obstacles and maximize their potential.

- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and group coaching activities as needed.

- Collaborate with clients to set measurable goals and track progress over time.

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all coaching engagements.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and coaching methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Business coach/mentor, preferably with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

- Strong understanding of coaching principles, methodologies, and techniques.

- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

- Certification in coaching or related field (e.g., ICF, IAC, EMCC) is preferred but not required.

- Experience working with clients at different organizational levels (e.g., executives, middle managers, emerging leaders).

- Flexibility to adapt coaching approaches to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.

- ICF ACC Certified

Additional Information:

- This is a full time role with flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a hybrid manner.

- Compensation will be negotiated based on experience and scope of work.

- Candidates must be able to provide references or examples of past coaching/mentoring engagements.
