They focus on providing quality training and high impact consultancy on Digital Marketing.

The company co-founded by two Ex-Googlers, has currently launched India's first digital marketing simulation tool, allowing students and professionals to get hands-on experience in all major global search platforms like Google, Bing, Yahoo etc. by playing with virtual money and learning the real time optimization for higher conversion rate and better ROI.

As a Lead - Client Servicing, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, designing proposals, upselling, etc

What you will do - 

- Managing existing Accounts and conducting the up-selling process as well.

- Managing the entire show of Account Management and supporting clients by providing end to end solutions.

- Generating and owning leads through various initiatives.

- Responding to queries from potential and existing customers, communicating company's value proposition and negotiating deals successfully.

- Understanding client needs and addressing within defined TAT

- Defining and preparing sales proposals

- Achieving the set sales targets by maintaining current clients and developing new clients

Candidate Profile - 

- Good personality with at least 8 years of experience

- Problem solver and with good business understanding

- Excellent comm skills

- Knowledge of digital marketing (some aspects should have sales skills (no sales required here though..it is client facing role)

- Someone with experience at leadership position in a digital agency would be preferred
