Qualification :
MBA in any stream
Required Skills and Experience :
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a Contact Center or Support Desk environment
Demonstrated customer and/or technical support experience
The ideal candidate will have previous customer support experience for a financial services company
A good team player with the ability to work on their own initiative
Proactive, great listening and problem solving skills, and clear verbal communication
Job Responsibilities :
Manage team of 4-5 customer care associates and oversee each associate- s case load
Collaborate effectively with global customer care staff, as well as product, data, relationship managers, and salespeople in our offices across the world
Serve as an integral member of our global Relationship Management team by providing client
Support during the on boarding process and supporting clients through your expertise on product features, functionality, and work flow
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to resolve questions and issues
Escalate product, technical, and data issues to relevant departments with sufficient information ina timely manner
Utilize client experience to inform and drive new product features and marketing campaigns and collateral
