About the Role: We are seeking a Client Engagement & Resource Management Lead with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering to drive at our client's business growth and client engagement within the automotive sector. This critical role focuses on understanding client needs, managing staffing solutions, and fostering strong relationships with key accounts, particularly within the mechanical engineering domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Client Engagement:

- Analyze and understand client requirements in the mechanical engineering sector, engaging closely to tailor staffing solutions that meet their specific needs.

- Lead the internal recruitment team and external vendors, ensuring clarity and alignment on client requirements, especially in conflicting scenarios.

- Collaborate with account managers for accurate demand projection and effective bench building strategies.

Client Satisfaction:

- Establish and maintain robust relationships with existing clients, enhancing their satisfaction and positioning in the value ladder through strategic initiatives and exceptional service.

Employee Satisfaction & Development:

- Oversee the appraisal and development of team members, leveraging input from clients, internal leads, and HR to ensure comprehensive growth and satisfaction.

- Identify training needs and implement individual development plans, focusing on skill enhancement and professional growth.

Stakeholder Management:

- Manage resource utilization effectively, ensuring engineers are placed in appropriate job categories while minimizing direct costs.

- Report periodically to internal management on team utilization, hiring status, and other relevant metrics.

- Develop and maintain sales collateral for the internal team, highlighting domain-specific expertise and achievements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.

- 8-15 years of relevant experience in automotive engineering, with hands-on experience in plant operations, supplier management, and staff augmentation.

- Proficiency in CAD/CAE systems, with at least 4 years of experience.

- Proven track record in account management, with prior experience dealing with key players in the automotive sector.

- Strong communication skills and fluency in the local language.

Preferred Skills:

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in managing and developing teams, with a focus on employee satisfaction and career development.
