Urgently looking out for Sales Development with one of the reputed FMCD company In India, based at Gurgaon. Candidate should have 6-12 Years (Out of which minimum 2-3 years of Sales Development at National level is must)

Job Description : Lead Category Sales

Qualification : MBA (Sales and Marketing) must be from good institute

Reporting to : Head Sales

Location : Gurgaon

Roles/ Responsibility :

- Will be responsible to Lead the sales strategy and operations for the assigned category portfolio. And lead review and management of consolidated category-wise demand plans (Annual,Quarterly and Monthly)

- Candidate will be responsible for Monitor competitor activities in the channel / category providing insights to Marketing, Finance, Quality,Pricing etc.

- Demonstrated ability to build systematic Sales process through Goal Alignment, Lean in Sales & Automation.

- Overall responsibility for the development and execution of all long and short term Sales Development strategies.
