Lead - Sales
There is an opening with a leading Consumer Durable company for the position of Lead - Category Sales based out at Gurgaon
Profile :
- Lead the sales strategy and operations for the assigned category portfolio
- Lead review and management of consolidated category-wise demand plans (Annual, Quarterly and Monthly)
- Lead the RTM execution strategy and ensure the success of the category executed over the next 3 years while collaborating with global and India sales strategy teams
- Responsible for trade schemes design, deployment and tracking across channels
- Responsible for P4P analysis and overall sales performance monitoring across channels
- Drive % Growth in target billing points for Category
- Launch innovative projects aimed at driving channel sales efficiency
- Execute All India channel programs
Educational Qualification : Full time MBA from Premier B-School Mandatory
