- Meet and review business with Cash-n-Carry business customers centrally on regular business. Gain alignment and motivate to deliver annual commitments.
- Coordinate with Channels sales teams to execute the Cash-n-Carry business game plan and strategy at store level.
- Regularly visit the Cash-n-Carry business stores across India and help build local sales team to build strong relationship at store level.
- Work closely with demand planner to ensure smooth stock availability.
- To develop a strong pipeline of business development activities in C&C including promotions, product introductions, visibility drives etc. Supporting the sales teams in executing the same at store level.
- Keeping the management and Channel leadership updated on the progress, escalating concerns on time and taking timely decisions.
- To track the process hygiene and ensure that the policies are implemented in full
- Help create the Cash-n-Carry business strategy India. To work closely with leadership in planning and executing the Cash-n-Carry business strategy – including e products, promotions, displays and visibility.
- Managing a profitable P&L for Cash-n-Carry business segment.
- To be responsible to develop and strengthen key decisions makers n Cash-n-Carry business central team. To support the sales team in building Cash-n-Carry business management capabilities.
- To work closely with Marketing and VC in creating customized solutions to address specific Cash-n-Carry business need.
- Budgeted Sales: To deliver the budgeted business for Cash-n-Carry business segment for first year and deliver the designated business growth year on year.
