The job is with India's most premium apparel brand. The company has recently launched a new vertical whose objective is to reach out to tailors/karigars and through skill development programs, uplift the community.

Location : Mumbai

Role : Lead Capability Building

Job Description : Lead Capability Building-Tailoring Initiative

A brand new concept in menswear, where the company believes that clothes should be made to fit you no matter what size and shape you are. It provides a revolutionary alternative to the clutter of over-priced yet ill-fitting and low quality menswear available in the market today.

The ideal candidate would be :

- A Young Dynamic Talent with diverse experience.

- A person who enjoys working with Master Tailors, Tailoring Karigars and has flair for changing lives through capability building will be our preferred choice.

- This is a role that's best described as an - Explorer-, One who has the ability to identify, assess and certify tailors by establishing and adopting various skill certification processes.

- The candidate will be responsible for baseline assessment of skillsets of tailors and sales associates, identify skill gaps and provide necessary up-skilling training through in-house resources and training agencies.

- Providing entrepreneurship development training and skill enhancement of people associated with Tailoring Hubs is also an integral part of this job role.

- Training administration and budgeting.

- The candidate will also be responsible for partnering with reputed organisations to drive the training programs.

- The Talent would entail the assessment & certification of employees, identify, assessment and certification of tailors.

- Assessment & Certification of Hubs

- Skilling & Up-skilling

- Skill up-gradation of Master Tailors and Karigars in Hard-skill and Soft-skill

- Skilling CRAs and Master Tailors in Engaged Selling of Fabrics, Trims and Tailoring

- Entrepreneurship development among Master Tailors to enable them to establish Tailoring Hubs

- Training through in-house as well as partnering with NIFT, ATDC, IL&FS etc.

Salary Range : 10-18 LPA
