Lead (Campus Recruitment & University Relations)


- You will partner with key stakeholders within the organization and with universities to drive and manage Co's internship and co-op programs. Hiring directly from select undergraduate and graduate programs is a key component of Co's recruiting strategy and helps pave the way for excellent talent to join the organization.

- Responsible for executing on our university program to attract and convert a steady pipeline of top undergraduate and graduate candidates into all of Co's business lines.

Key Responsibilities :

School Selection & Cultivation :

- Manage campus relationships and evaluate selection process, year over year, for Co's internships and co-ops, using objective criteria to select targeted schools and regularly re-asses school selection based on yield and changing marketplace demographics.

- Partner on investment strategies for each school

- Create speaker and event series that position Co's as an employer-of-choice for targeted talent

Marketing and Diversity on Campus :

- Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations and Communication teams to oversee all college marketing channels including Co's careers site, social media presence, and college-related job boards.

- Manage college recruiting marketing and event budget, ensuring ROI on all spend

- Ensures proper representation in select events by coordinating with HR Business Partners, TA Leadership and representatives from the business.

- Cultivate alumni from various intern programs to serve as Co's ambassadors on campus

- Continue to build partnerships with national diversity-focused organizations

Candidate Experience, Interview and Assessment:

- Validate the assessment approach and monitor the outcomes in order to deliver higher quality candidates for the organisation

- Influences selection methodology across the college recruiting program to help managers, interviewers and recruiters assess skills and potential

- Maintain interview processes allowing for efficient selection and a premiere candidate experience, both online, virtual and in-person

Program Execution & Management :

- Expand and implement new student hiring programs in partnership with functional leadership teams to build a pipeline of top talent across the organization

- Partner with business customers to forecast college recruitment needs (internships, co-ops, and full-time placement), expected conversion rates, and required skills

- In conjunction with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and various stakeholders around new hires, action the appropriate onboarding and acclimation experience for cohorts of incoming talent

- Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness

Qualification And Experience :

i. 8+ years of experience leading, managing and recruiting for a Campus Relations program is required

ii. Superior ability to influence at senior levels and to effect change in a matrixed organization

iii. Solid record of delighting internal and external stakeholders

iv. Oriented towards execution and solutions

v. Demonstrated ability to improve processes and to measure results

vi. Team player with open and candid communication style; highly regarded team leadership skills including performance management, strategic planning and talent development

vii. Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to require standards and processes
