Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business to forecast and gather campus hiring needs - Full Time and Summer Interns
- Work with senior stakeholders for co-creating campus strategy and take accountability of implementation
- Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses
- Design and deliver Campus/ Internship engagement programs
- Develop market knowledge and help promote the company as an employer of choice amongst target campuses
Functional / Personal
- Good understanding of campus recruiting landscape (B-Schools/ engineers/ non-engineer freshers)
- Strategic thinking coupled with business acumen and execution capability
- Ability to engage with Senior Business leaders and partners
- Strong process orientation and detail orientation
- Program Management skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret data, supported with proficient excel skills
- Passion to win, make things happen, pleasant persona with good networking ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, handle work pressure, deal with ambiguity
Experience & Education
Location - Gurgaon
- 4 -6 years of Campus Hiring experience preferably with IT/Product companies
