Job Summary :
The Campus Lead will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with universities and educational institutions to attract top talent for FMCG industry. This role involves developing and executing campus engagement strategies, organizing recruitment events, and fostering long-term partnerships with academic institutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and Implement Campus Engagement Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive campus recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent from universities and colleges.
- Identify key universities and educational institutions for strategic partnerships.
- Campus Recruitment and Branding:
- Plan and manage campus recruitment events such as job fairs, career talks, workshops, and on-campus interviews.
- Promote brand and opportunities to students and academic institutions through various channels.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Organization and educational institutions.
- Internship and Graduate Programs:
- Design and manage internship and graduate recruitment programs to attract and develop early-career talent.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify internship opportunities and ensure meaningful experiences for interns.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campus recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campus engagement activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to understand talent needs and align campus recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for campus hires in collaboration with the HR team.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in human resources preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in campus recruitment, university relations, or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the university landscape and early career recruitment trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for campus visits and recruitment events.
