- To successfully recruit graduates and interns according to annual targets and actively contribute to the establishment, running and improvement of grad/intern hiring programs. Coordinate Internship / Graduates develop and ops Programs.

Accountabilities :

- Manage the graduate / internship selection and hiring process of candidates including sourcing and screening applicants, conducting interviews, coordinating face to face interviews and final assessments and managing offers, ensuring a smooth and timely selection and appointment of candidates;

- Coordinate and participate in event management, candidate management, resume and telephone screening, advertising, logistics management, data base updates and provide timely and open feedback to candidates

- Work with business partners (HR, Skillpool Managers, Hiring Managers) to understand graduate recruitment needs both short and longer term

- Effective stakeholder management with Candidate Operations Lead, Marketing, HR Ops/Business, Hiring Managers and Campus Recruitment Offices to enable effective and timely advertising, posting, screening, assessment and offer management for vacancies

- Ensure diversity and inclusiveness is a key consideration in all recruitment activities and any compliance areas are met. Coaching of business partners in this area is critical

- Participate in CAP (Campus Ambassador Program) Activities

This would involve Travelling.
